- New customers may find it a little tricky at first but our sales officer will get everyone understand and do everything with ease. After the first order, repeat customers find the dashbiard in our IQOT (Instant Quote & Order Tracking) system very helpful.
- Customers find our 3DWEAR app and catalogue helpful and if there are unique design concepts that a customer wants, our head artist makes sure it gets done.
- Customers make the downpayment as soon as they receive the invoice, and right after that, the design or digital proofing work starts until the final approval, inclusive of the allowed 2 revisions within the design concept.
- Customers appreciates that before the mass production, the first unit is presented for review.
- Customers find it reassuring that we offer refund before mass production, in case it is necessary due to unavoidable situation, subject to reasonable charges to cover the materials and labor.
- Customers can send messages, give approvals, see production photos, and track the status of the order by simply logging into the iQOT dashboard.
