What is Customer-Initiated Digital Proofing (CI-DP)
CIDP is the process of preparing the digital presentation of the sportswear in two-dimensional (2D) model. The templates will be provided by Crafteli as soon as a partner is verified, If a partner prefers to have his/her own templates, Crafteli will review the templates and also prepare the sizing conversion.
Ideally, the preparation and approval process for CIDP, color-proof, and first-unit shall be completed within a 10-day period, unless the customer requests for further changes or improvements in the design, which may entail adjustment in the production target.
All V1, V2, and V3 partners shall prepare their own digital proofing (CIDP) based on the template that will be provided to them. Partners who can not prepare CIDP may get assistance from our freelance artists who charge for a minimum fee.
The digital proof (CIDP) is where you can see the CMYK colors, the digital layout in unsewn view, and simulated 3D view (optional). For instructions on how to prepare the digital proof, please send email to Head Artist.
All colors in the CIDP shall be based on the 3 approved references. CIDPs that are not based on these 3 color references will not be accepted.

The first unit is done only after the digital proof and sample print are approved. This first unit already forms part of the order. It is shown to the customer for appreciation before the mass production, in case there are last-minute changes that can not be avoided.
If the customer still wants to make changes, he will already pay for this first unit and will have to approve again the digital proof while skipping the sample fabric print process. Once the digital proof is approved for the changes, we will then proceed with the mass production immediately.

Only when the customer approved the digital proof and actual printed color that the mass productions starts.
